The history of Yu-Gi-Oh
The powerful spirit of a long dead Egyptian king called Yu-Gi-Oh is released when
young Yugi unlocks the secret of an ancient puzzle. As a freshman at Domino High School, shy Yugi spends his time wishing
for friends, playing board games at his grandfather's toy shop, and getting beat up by neighborhood bullies.
But
that all changes, once Yugi transformed into Yu-Gi-Oh whose name after "The King of Game". Thousands of years ago,
Yu-Gi-Oh's spirit was trapped within a magical talisman called "the Millennium Puzzle". Yugi completed the puzzle
given to him by his grandfather and thus opened the door to a new reality.
Having lost his memory over the centuries
of his imprisonment, Yu-Gi-Oh makes a deal with Yugi to protect him in his battles with monsters and bullies if Yugi helps
Yu-Gi-Oh discover his lost past. But can the light of Yugi's innocence and goodness work with the dark power of Yu-Gi-Oh to
triumph over evil?

If there was ever someone meant to play Duel Monsters, Yugi is the one. Desides being a really
good player, he can also call on the power of a mystical ancient Egyptian. When he activates the Millennium Puzzle, Yugi is
filled with its magical energies and becomes Yami Yugi, he is much more powerful and becomes extremely confident and courageous.
